I planted Sweet Rocket (hesperis) 25 years ago, and it has planted itself every year since. It is classified as an invasive plant, and thus shunned by responsible gardeners. I love it.

Dancing By the Light of the Moon
Painting on tin by my cousin Barbara of the two of us at age two. Notice my foot about to crush hers.
I'll have you know my dancing skills began to improve considerably about a dozen years later. Of course, I've always done better when my partner is a member of the opposite sex. :-)
hi! I love your blog:) I was googling for gel medium and mod podge and came across a post of yours (i think?) and wondered if the mod podge worked for you in your collage? I can't buy any new supplies right now and I have mod podge on hand, so I wondered if that would work in place of the gel medium...If you have any tips, that would be SO great, I would really appreciate it! thank you (and I look forward to visiting your blog again) Trish

Oh, I love this.
As it says in an old Beatles song:
"You may be a lover but you ain't no dancer!"
Very sweet pic.

Painting on tin - beautiful :)
Hi Trish - happy to see you here. I haven't tried the Mod Podge yet, but was told by someone at AC Moore that it will work just fine. Hope that helps.
